Jacqueline is a PhD Candidate in the Industrial and Operations Engineering department at the University of Michigan, with a focus in human factors applied to healthcare. She collaborates with clinicians at Michigan Medicine to conduct research about patient safety and clinician safety during neonatal ventilation. Jacqueline is the recipient of an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, Rackham Merit Fellowship, and is a NIOSH Trainee. She is also actively involved in multiple student organizations, including serving as the President the IOE Student Leadership Board (2022-2024), serving as a board member on the GAMP planning committee (2023-present), and engaging as a member of HFES.

Research Interests

Her current research interests include applying human factors concepts to the healthcare field to improve overall patient care. She is also interested in the use of wearable technology for health applications.
